Can anyone help us get Lytec to print a "clean" Medicare bill on the new HICF (02/12) form for chiropractic services? The LCI Medicare form included does NOT put all the correct info in the correct boxes (according to Medicare) and we do not know how to "modify" the boxes on the LCI forms... Thanks everyone. (:-)
